🛑 STOP making excuses ‼️Despite the critical importance of succession plans, a recent report highlights a concerning reality. The Q1 2024 Vistage CEO Confidence Index discovered that over a quarter ➡️(27%) of CEOs do not have a succession plan in place. Furthermore, only a fifth ➡️(20%) have identified successors for their leadership teams. As the year draws to a close, many take the opportunity to set goals for 2024.
