The recognition aims to promote an outward culture and to recognize Fisher-Titus employees that are “Caught in the Act” displaying outward behaviors. Congratulations to our “Caught in the Act” winner, Steve Doerner, Maintenance Technician, Facilities. Steve is pictured with Heather Smialowski, Manager of Facility Operations, and Dr. Brent Burkey, President & CEO of Fisher-Titus. Steve was nominated for exhibiting an outward mindset by assisting an elderly patient with walking and getting back to their room and consistently reassuring the patient that he wouldn’t let them fall.
