While I am not here to defend or deny the business model of Devsinc, I believe there's more to the story than what is being portrayed by certain individuals.
I attempted to engage with one such individual to answer a few questions, but it seems some people are seeking publicity, regardless of the approach they take.
Devsinc employs multiple business models, which have contributed to its exponential growth. From day one, the company is transparent about its models, and employees are free to accept or reject them.
Having worked at Devsinc for approximately 1.5 years, I can attest that there were many like myself who were not interested in the specific business model mentioned by this individual. As a result, we were given other opportunities, including working with B2B clients from the US. These clients knew me as Muhammed Ahmed, an employee of Devsinc working from Pakistan.
The context provided leads to several important questions:
Is it plausible that this individual was unaware of the business model he was morally and ethically opposed to until nine months later?
Was he not informed about the business model from the beginning?
Can he provide any emails, messages, or conversations where he communicated his preference to avoid this particular business model to his superiors at Devsinc?
Furthermore, Mr. Faizan presents himself as a righteous, morally, and ethically sound person who is disgusted by Devsinc's operations. I would like to ask Mr. Faizan to reflect on whether his actions and words during his time at Devsinc, and after leaving, align with his professed moral and ethical standards.
Sharing private screenshots, messages, and names of Devsinc employees on social media is not the behavior of someone with intact morality.
I would like Mr. Faizan Sajid to walk us through the process of his departure from Devsinc and the actual reason behind it. Janab, social media is a platform that never forgets; anything said, no matter how private it may seem, can resurface and have repercussions in the future.
If you can't find me at my workspace, you'll likely catch me lounging at the (fake) beach! 🏖️🌴
