I’m disappointed that the challenges were taken away! I’m saving up my money to get rid of my Fitbit for this reason! Getting rid of the challenges is as bad as what Elon Musk has done with all the changes at Twitter!!

The time-based graphs seem to have regressed over the past year or so. I would love to see some improvements there, such as custom ranges, the ability to zoom in/out, and bigger fonts for better readability :)

You lost the room when you did away with the challenges. That was the only USP FitBit had over any other product.

The NEW app is obviously screwing up many functions on many different models - just look at all the posts here on the Forums and around the internet. Nothing Customer Support had me try worked and nothing here on the Forums has fixed anything either; most importantly to many is nearly ALL models... NOT Tracking Sleep at ALL. Stop responding to our requests for help with the scripted responses like is it too loose on your wrist, did you sleep in a different position or be sure to check your battery...! Thousands of people are NOT at fault for all these different Fitbit models NOT working - right after a software and App change. Connect the dots and talk to your programmers. I've been waiting for a valid answer to fix the issues and I think it's about time to shop other brands at this point.

As a huge Fitbit fan myself I am really excited for the new interface and features. But removing the challenges, which connected me with people all around the world, was a huge step back I think.

I was one of the first adopters of Fitbit and I am done. My Versa 4 purchased from you has stopped working and I have been with you since June of 2010. I have 42 Million Steps and I am switching to the Apple Watch. Order #0mrwilkkkmspv

Goal setting tip for people using fitbits that have unpredictable work weeks: Aim for average step count per week goals rather than steps per day. This controls for unpredictability with work and still allows you to feel good about hitting targets. (the average is what matters anyways)

I am happy with my Sence 2 but: These new functions are great, but as a lung patient I would really appreciate it if the snoring and sounds function were to return as it was in the Sence. Many users, see also Fitbit community, ask about this and Fitbit responds with "if there are enough people who want this, we will consider it". But a year later still nothing. Rather snore and noises feature back than these newly announced features.

A longer life battery or the ability to change it would be great, possibly better than a refreshed app. ⌚🔋💡🥇
