Magnesium supplements are being marketed as - 'Relieves muscle pain and stiffness' , 'promotes sleep', 'helps in issues like migraine and body pain' Well! This is true magnesium do serves these purposes. But if you already have a low BP, taking magnesium will further decrease it, causing dizziness and fatigue. So, avoid taking it in supplement form without prescription. Instead include it through natural sources like - pumpkin seeds, chia seeds nuts, spinach, black beans, wheat bran.
