Phew! Just when we thought that there were enough balls for the IT/ITeS sector to juggle on a unicycle, along came a disruptor called AI/ML - with the promise of opportunity & premise of risk - that you just cannot ignore. Reminds me of the Chinese proverb: A crisis is an opportunity riding a dangerous wind.
We sat down with some of the expert jugglers who've seen it all. Their generous insights reaffirmed our hypothesis: HR Tech is done being just a system of record. In the Knowledge Work space, where talent=business, HR Tech has to provide meaningful business value: be it revenue assurance, cost/margin optimization or productivity lift, through connected talent levers.
