Mastering the art of staying calm and providing composed, effective solutions has been an essential skill I've rapidly honed. Dream Team Spotlight: Neal Cavanaugh, Sales Executive Neal, our amazing operations manager & sales executive, is celebrating his third year of working with us! In fact, this month marks his three-year anniversary! 🎉 Time flies when you have someone as awesome as Neal on your team. 😍 We asked Neal a few questions to give you a glimpse of his magnetic personality and enthusiasm for living life to the fullest. Q1) What do you find most fulfilling about your role at MS Hospitality? Looking back on where we were when I first started and where we are now, I would say two things: Our growth as a company and the growth of my co-workers. Also, I find interacting with our customers very satisfying -- listening to their experience with pain and learning how they have been able to move forward with their lives because of the relief they have experienced using our products. It moves me to hear their stories, and I never tire of it. It's awesome to have a small role in their well-being. Q2) As a lover of the outdoors, what are some of your favorite places to explore? Now that we are fully in summer, any walkable creek bed is my playground. I'm always looking for the next swimming hole. Q3) if you could pick a song...any song...that captures your philosophy and outlook on life, what would it be? "Take Me to the Ocean" by The Movement

If Carlsberg did working days….. Today has been a good one: * 1:1 call with a client who is 2 weeks into her new role. We plotted out her 90 day plan now she has had a chance to get the lie of the land. * Nipped out to drop off our dining seat pads that are being refurbished. * Delivered a session on ‘How to Stay Visible While Working From Home’ to the Home But Not Alone Network of a large professional services firm. * Recorded some test audio and reviewed with a sound engineer. The Audible version of The Career Confidence Tookkit is incoming! Watch this space…. * Completed a module of the Quantum Human Design course that I am currently studying. There has been nothing exceptional about today. There were no moments worthy of champagne celebrations. But taken as a whole, today is the epitome of my Career Vision. My top Career Values are: * Flexibility * Authenticity * Continuous Learning * Creativity * Supporting Others Today I could live in alignment with all of those values and it feels great. I share this to demonstrate that once you get clear on what is important to you and construct your career to make sure you get it, then fulfilment and satisfaction follow. How many of us have probably put too much information into a campaign brief in the past! The saying "less is more" or "quality over quantity" is so true when writing a brief. I'm not 100% sure how accurate the following is, but the team at BetterBriefs gave a great summary from Cannes and shared this BA brief for the recent 'Windows' campaign. Objective: Grow consideration for BA. Target audience: Britains earning middle to higher incomes + who fly on a regular basis. They all have different and unique reasons for travel. Message: Discover more original experiences with British Airways. I love how brave this is, and while it is so simple, I suspect a fair amount of time went into getting to this stage.

Method Traditional for Champagne making.......

Nearly 3 years ago I began my adventure at Britvic as the Supply Chain Capability Manager. During covid, home schooling (as a single parent) with Teams calls to build rapport; it was a unique start. There was no handover or blueprint as the role didn’t exist previously, but I’ve worked hard as a voice for SC development. What an incredible period it’s been for me both professionally & personally. I’m super proud of what I’ve achieved, experiences I’ve had & the development & growth this venture has enriched me with. I’m leaving my role with the resources needed and structure in place to continue the hard work ensuring Supply Chain development is recognised and maintained. Some of my biggest learnings have come from the multiple diverse challenges that have stretched me in ways I’ll always be grateful for. It’s funny that as a Learning professional, I’d almost ‘forgotten’ that very often our most impactful Learnings come from places & times we least expect them. What I’m most thankful for about my time at Britvic is the phenomenonal people I’ve met, I’ve made deep, meaningful relationships & feel privileged to have met some very special individuals who I know will be life long friends. Very grateful and excited for my next chapter. Starting a new position as Chief Operating Officer at Air Culinaire Worldwide!

For what felt like an opportunity that fell into our lap, yet far from the truth! Rather this is another great story to add to our timeline as a moment in the making. We thank networking for this moment - the foundation of great business and experiences. Yesterday we made our first delivery to the Bacardi International Limited Building as a snack supplier for their employees 🤯 To think, we have been dabbling with the thought of proposing our products to local bars and yet before any of that has come to fruition, we recieved favor and a request to supply the ultimate bar facility in Bermuda! We would like to thank Andreaz Glasgow - summer intern of Bacardi for referring our business to his colleagues without hesitation (lol). We got to know this innovative young man after he reached out to our sister company, BERMUDA BRAND BOX, for corporate gifts. One thing we can say is, he does not sleep on an opportunity, even if is doesn’t directly effect him - Thank you for being you! We would also like to thank Alvin Harvey and his team, for meeting with us, sampling our product and almost instantly giving us the green light - Thank you, we are excited to be working with you! As for us, this has slapped on that extra layer of confidence to go out, make the introductions, continue networking and keep believing in the great quality of our product.
