When I first started my business, I thought success would come quickly. As I started my first dropshipping store, I realized things were not so easy. Challenges and setbacks were really common. I remember being so close to making it work, generating tens of thousands in sales, but falling short due to a lack of understanding of my profit margins. My ROAS was just slightly below target, which compounded in a sizable loss after all expenses. It was tough, and I eventually gave up on that store. But looking back, I realize that those moments of struggle were actually signs that I was on the edge of a breakthrough. My biggest 3 lessons? - Stick with the same business for a long time - Push through the growing pains - Start slow and gain momentum It's all about staying in the game. When you're in the thick of it, feeling like you're losing money and not making progress, that's when you need to dig deep and keep going. Those are the moments that separate the successful entrepreneurs from the rest. And here's the thing: no opportunity can be fully taken advantage of in just one year. The people who are really making it in any industry have been at it for a decade or more. They've learned the ins and outs, made the connections, and put in the time. TL;DR Stick with it. Choose one business and commit to it for the long haul.

7 Easy Mistakes a Serial Entrepreneur can make when he/she start the 2nd major business after the 1st sucessful business. #2 "Hire Fast, Fire Fast". When we have the wrong people in the team, it's to the company's best interest and actually to her/his best interest to part ways as early as possible. Many of us probably already learned about this in the 1st business, but many times, the 2nd time when we start a new business, this still happens. I have many entrepreneur friends around me having the same issue the 2nd time they started their business. "Hire Fast" is easier, but the pain is "Fire Fast", the pain is necessay to grow the business and take the business to the right direction.
