Faces of Fives: Meet Andrea Frigerio, Mechanical Designer Team Leader at Fives ITAS 🚀 Andrea Frigerio joined Fives ITAS in September 2019 and has recently been promoted Mechanical Designer Team Leader for the Heating Systems line. His role involves coordinating the mechanical design department, overseeing both internal designers and, when needed, external studies. His new position allows him to manage projects as well as work more closely with project managers to ensure that technical solutions designed by the company meet customers’ expectations. ⚙️ Andrea enjoys the dynamic nature of his job, especially the ability to improve processes and solve complex challenges. He appreciates the constant evolution in the industrial combustion sector, which keeps him engaged and motivated. He is passionate about innovation and new energy solutions which drive him to continuously seek improvements in his field. 💪 For Andrea, Fives ITAS’ strength is in the solid Group it belongs to, as well as the solid team he works in. In Andrea's own words: "Perseverance is key. Even if immediate results are not visible, consistent effort will eventually lead to positive outcomes".
