Today almost 40 safety professionals from Finnish industry connected at Neste HQ to share good practices and develop ideas together. We called it Safety Exchange. The gang worked on three classics: 💡 Why are we measuring what we are measuring? 💡 How are we proactively learning from normal work? 💡 Are our incident investigations working? Together we created concrete outcomes to take back into our organisations in three categories: 💎 New Learning 💎 High Return Practices 💎 Magic Wand - what we would change if we could Creating safety is something we do together: I’m really grateful for all the colleagues from Orion Corporation, Valio, Fortum, Kuusakoski Recycling, Metsä Group, Outokumpu, and VR Group who joined with us today 🤝 The energy, great ideas, learning together as well as the passion to self-organise for this event was super cool.
