Rape offences are often in the news but the law in respect of these offences is often misunderstood. To be guilty of rape the prosecution have to prove two things . Firstly , that the accused put his penis into a person’s mouth, vagina or anus without their consent. Secondly, the prosecution have to prove that the accused did not reasonably believe that the accuser was consenting. We try to explain all of this and rhetoric impact of these cases in our podcast series. https://lnkd.in/eu3ihxiq
