This airline stole my money because they wouldn't provide a refund when I have serious medical issues. Even if they kept a portion and refunded the rest I would have accepted that, but to not refund me a single cent having medical proof that I cannot fly is ridiculous. 😡

1moHi Mr. Wilk and Team Flair, It has been more than three weeks no one from your support team has got back to my complaint. I have got two incident numbers for the same complaint but no one tried getting in touch. Seems like you need to hire more support staff as well. Like always Flair has maintained its poor customer service and great business model of minting money from innocent customer by cancelling their advance booked tickets, and getting them to rebook same tickets at a higher price, and just offering credit for seats and not baggage, even though there is no mistake of the customers. We are not surprised because at the end of the day that is the best thing Flair can do to be able to accumalate money to pay for the unpaid taxes to CRA. Don’t think this would bother you much but I will try to use as many platforms and course of action as I can to be able to atleast be heard. Thanks!
