Today, I share with you the cleansing protocol that I have been doing since my 10-day water fast. I will be doing this for the next 21 days to support my fasting process and continue to line my digestive tract with soothing ingredients that support a healthy, acidic-free environment. In ¼ cup of water add (all certified organic products): - 2 tablespoons of Aloe Juice (I use the brand Actumus) - 1 teaspoon of Chloroforce (chlorophyll) - 1 teaspoon of Bioflo (Psyllium is a soluble fiber that comes from the seeds and husks of the Plantago ovata herb. It is used as a laxative to support digestion and heart health.) Take the above mixture as a shot. The pysllium can become jello-like so you want to drink this mixture quickly. In the next video, I will show you another recipe for a natural gentle laxative, which is a great addition to this recipe. These cleansing ingredients promote a healthy digestive system, and let me tell you, it feels AMAZING!
