Well – the cat is officially out of the bag. It’s with a mixture of sadness and excitement that I’m leaving Revolutionaries of Wellbeing (ROW) at the end of next week. The sadness: I’m going to miss working with the awesome Sarah McGuinness daily and having all those conversations with ROW’s amazing global community of workplace wellbeing professionals. You do truly important, life-changing, amazing work. The excitement: Before deciding on what’s next in the long term, I’m picking up a few projects in the workplace wellbeing space (including work on some ongoing ROW client projects). I also have a few passion projects which I’m looking to dig my teeth into - more on that later! But in the short term - if you need an extra set of eyes on your next employee wellbeing survey, wellbeing strategy rollout or you’re looking for someone to talk to your SLT/front-line leaders on the impact of wellbeing leadership on culture, performance and productivity, shoot me a message.
