Louis’s advice? Get specific. 🔍 You should identify the overlooked problems by digging into customer frustrations that competitors ignore. Then, zero in on solving those pain points. 🕵️ It's all about finding the gaps that matter to your audience and offering solutions that hit home. (AKA: Truly resonate.) Not just to stand out but to stand for something that aligns with what customers *actually* need. ✨ The framework? Simple but powerful: 1️⃣ Start with what you control: Focus on a product, service, or project you can directly impact — keep it manageable, nothing too big or personal. 2️⃣ Focus on the real job: Solve the actual problem your customers face.
