Why does HR need so much PR? I’ve been thinking a lot about this and wondering if someone can explain this for the sake of those considering joining us in this industry. HR, for me is as much a critical role as any other role in the busienss but you will find that HR pros are treated as second thought, they constantly need to justify their existence in the business. Where did we go wrong? What can we do better? I love what I do in HR but can’t say same for many others because of the varied experiences.
