Flexible Space Association’s Post

A confession that we don’t normally worry about over-booking Flexible Space Association events because things come up that mean not everyone booked can actually attend…..but not today in Manchester! We had our largest Workspace Tour to-date, which was a bit of a challenge to marshal, but thankfully no one was lost on the way. Our first stop was Orega Balloon Street, with striking design, including lighting that’s a nod to the area’s location being where the first hot air balloon took off. Next stop was Huckletree Ancoats, with bright communal spaces (with lots going on in them) and fantastic pink kitchens. I always enjoy the variety of flexible workspace we see on the tours, and it was onto Seneca Property’s No. 49 Piccadilly, which is home to a diverse range of businesses, with more traditional design than the first two. Our final visit was to Bruntwood Neo - surely the only workspace to boast a Land Rover converted into a very stylish meeting pod! We also saw the well kitted out gym.
