A question we get asked a lot is what type of loans do house flippers use? Really it's going to come down to one of two loans, either a hard money loan or a fix and flip loan. A fix and flip loan is going to be something that an investor like yourself uses for the purchase price and the rehab to fix the home. That way they can get it on the market, make their profit and get out. These types of loans are typically going to have higher interest rates, but they're able to move quickly to make sure that you can seal the deal with your property.
