I ordered Groceries through Flipkart Internet Private Limited on 1st July 2024 via order id OD431665680079102200. But in the order one of the major product ARIEL MATIC SURF FRONT LOAD was missing during delivery. I complained to the Flipkart CS Team on 2nd July immediately after delivery that this item was missing. The Flipkart team has given me the date of 5th July for Resolution. On 5th July Seller rejected the request, again I called the very same day, and again seller dismissed the request consecutively on 7th, 11th, and 13th July. It's frustrating for me to go back and complain again and again to the Flipkart team for the same. One more thing, when the order was delivered the delivery partner took a picture of the delivered product. I request the Senior Flipkart team/CEO Office to intervene and help me to resolve the issue. Also, I want to talk to the delivery partner and want to see the photograph of the delivered product uploaded by the delivery partner. Attached here is the invoice and complaint track for ref. 😢

I have raised an issue for a delivery no one is helping me from customer care.I have purchased a AC and it was an express delivery option but when order is placed the date has been changed.I have placed that order because it shows it will be delivered on next day .Now the delivery date is showing on Monday that day I will not be available .I raised this concern but no one is helping me.This is pathetic.I used to purchase from Amazon as well .they are not committed to any false statement like Flipkart.

dear Flipkart & Ekart Logistics using your name this fraudulent company Insta Courier & Logistics Pvt Ltd. is stealing money from people. I'm Attaching the necessary proofs here. I don't even know you guys are associated with your organisation or not. but they are claiming that they are a delivery partner of flipkart Ekart Logistics and they are collecting money for franchise opportunity. they started collecting from 150000-300000. per pincode. they simply collecting all that money and giving useless contract to people. after collecting the franchise amount they simply ignoring the clients and telling them stories. I have attached all the necessary proofs below. for me they have collected 275000 per pincode for which they claim I can get 300 parcels everyday. they are also connected with ekart official delivery partner employees. they give the contact details of the local ekart hub and asking me to enquire about deliver person job. at some point it comes to know that these franchise opportunity was completely scam and they are associated with some ekart members and using flipkarts name they completely scam peoples. Please take necessary action

Flipkart Flipkart Support I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delay of the air conditioner I ordered from Flipkart. My order details are as follows: Order ID: OD331453858839376100 Product Name: IFB Air conditioner. Order Date: June 06th 2024 Actual Delivery Date: 5th July 2024 Unfortunately, the promised delivery date has passed, and I have not received any satisfactory updates regarding the new delivery timeline. I have reached out to your customer support team multiple times (more than 60+) to inquire about the status of my order, but the responses have been vague and unhelpful. As a loyal customer of Flipkart, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency in this matter. For your reference N number of incidents have been raised and processed for just pushing the time for 24 hrs & 48 hrs and so on as a never ending sky. But no resolution. Finally a refund was initiated last week and the amount was to be credited today. But received a call as another 5 businesses need to wait. The seller does not process the refund. I have paid the amount to Flipkart not the seller. Why is the seller part required here. Please check and resolve my issue which I have been facing for the past 40 days.

If you cant deliver order ontime than dont accept grocery order. This is not first time happen. So dont required ur appology. Improove ur service otherwise u will be finished from the market.
