UTTER DISGUST at Flipkart which is owned by Walmart Global Tech India Selling FAULTY Products and Harassing customers specially Seniors! Attention everyone, especially those who care for their elderly loved ones! I am writing this post in absolute disgust with Flipkart (owned by Walmart), their appalling #customerservice, and their blatant disregard for consumer protection laws! I recently purchased on behalf of my mother, a senior citizen, a brand new induction heater . She wanted to gift this heater to an elderly community. What was supposed to be a gesture of love and care turned into a nightmare. The product arrived as an open-box delivery yesterday, with scratches everywhere and was clearly FAULTY, posing a potential health hazard. We requested an immediate return with the delivery person, but he refused and directed us to raise a return request online. Here's where things get even worse: Endless phone calls and a complete lack of support: We spent hours on the phone, begging Flipkart to consider the damage and the faulty product. Their response? Absolutely nothing! Shifting responsibility: Instead of taking responsibility, Flipkart expected my elderly mother to visit a service center for a replacement! This is unacceptable and insensitive! Zero #empathy or concern: Throughout this ordeal, Flipkart displayed no empathy for our situation and a complete disregard for consumer protection laws. Is this how Flipkart treats its customers, especially vulnerable senior citizens? This experience is shocking, unacceptable, and downright shameful. Flipkart and Walmart need to be held accountable for their unethical practices and their complete disregard for customer well-being.
