Women do not talk openly about periods. There was a certain strong stigma around even if you're in a metro or non metro, that pretty much remained the same. So we are going to brush this gap of lack of awareness. I just happened to see something very distressing during the 2020 lockdown. We we have a set of workers who are called Kumachi workers who come to pick up the waste. They had to dig in their hands into one week old sanitary pads. And this was a very distressing scenario since in a safe knew that I was using menstrual cups already. He was like, hey, you've been speaking so highly about menstrual cups, why don't everybody use it? The actual problem is not with the product, rather the awareness and stigma. Around the product, it's the first thing we want to do was we wanted us to talk about it and we didn't keep any filter. We were pretty much talking about everything like safe sex, menstruation and all of those. We were getting DMS from customers. They were like, you know, where should we insert this menstrual cup? Can we pay after using the menstrual car? Will I lose my virginity if I use menstrual cups? So all these things were something that we felt we need to address it. I mean, there were brands who were selling menstrual cups, so we don't want to be another brand who just sells menstrual cup. The real problem here was lack of awareness. So we are going to brush this gap of lack of awareness. So today we are going to talk about periods openly. We're going to make period talk the new normal. Not just that, we are also going to have a small awareness about menstrual cups, how to use them. Also, we start with any safe in 2020 August. So unlike other couples who are engaged and you know, who planned their whole wedding, you know what dress they're going to wear, how the venue would be. We were different basically instead of trying the wedding dress. That was basically trying different samples of menstrual cups to find out which would be the best. People have this weird kind of thing towards Nasif lot of my friends are asking, will anybody use this is not a very stigmatized product, very taboo product. Do you think will be able to scale it? So when we were at 100 customers, we were listening to the same thing. When we reached 2000 customers, then we reached to 10,000 customers. When we reached 1,00, 000 customers, then again we reached another close to 3,00, 000 customers know still we were hearing this each and every stage and we were kind of laughing and said, OK, someday we'll prove it. When when we start with the brand, we had this idea of like penetrating more into Tier 2, Tier 2 and beyond Ray when we researched all the marketplaces available back then we found out that Flipkart has the deepest penetration among the non tire went cities actually. So since day one we got a first order from Flipkart. So since day one Flipkart is our partner. So when we started rate we just getting less than 100 orders a month for a first few months. Then there we have grown till almost 10,000 orders a month of which almost 3035% of the contribution is coming from. Flipkart alone and Stabilizer was the first product and then each of our product that we launched was definitely based on something that we launched to make a woman's life easier and more convenient. So we are looking to reach at least five will let customers in the next three years and we hope that Flipkart will be a major contributor in that journey. Along with Flipkart, I think we've been able to change lives of a lot of people just like us. Anyone of you can actually do it. To bring a change.

UTTER DISGUST at Flipkart which is owned by Walmart Global Tech India Selling FAULTY Products and Harassing customers specially Seniors! Attention everyone, especially those who care for their elderly loved ones! I am writing this post in absolute disgust with Flipkart (owned by Walmart), their appalling #customerservice, and their blatant disregard for consumer protection laws! I recently purchased on behalf of my mother, a senior citizen, a brand new induction heater . She wanted to gift this heater to an elderly community. What was supposed to be a gesture of love and care turned into a nightmare. The product arrived as an open-box delivery yesterday, with scratches everywhere and was clearly FAULTY, posing a potential health hazard. We requested an immediate return with the delivery person, but he refused and directed us to raise a return request online. Here's where things get even worse: Endless phone calls and a complete lack of support: We spent hours on the phone, begging Flipkart to consider the damage and the faulty product. Their response? Absolutely nothing! Shifting responsibility: Instead of taking responsibility, Flipkart expected my elderly mother to visit a service center for a replacement! This is unacceptable and insensitive! Zero #empathy or concern: Throughout this ordeal, Flipkart displayed no empathy for our situation and a complete disregard for consumer protection laws. Is this how Flipkart treats its customers, especially vulnerable senior citizens? This experience is shocking, unacceptable, and downright shameful. Flipkart and Walmart need to be held accountable for their unethical practices and their complete disregard for customer well-being. Excited to share insights from my recent Excel_Vrinda_Store_Analysis project : • Women make up about 65% of our customers. • Top states for sales are Maharastra, Karnataka, and Uttar Pradesh, making up around 35%. • The 30-49 age group contributes roughly 50% of sales. • Most sales come from Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra, totaling about 80%. To boost sales, let's target women aged 30-49 in these states and promote on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.
