You want to follow and compare yourself to Matt if you aim to reach the very highest levels of professionalism in sustainable logistics. I want to highlight the extraordinary level of transparency, such as sharing the hike to a mountain with his son in their company's CSR report and providing personal statements on WHY he wants to contribute to a sustainable future. Just a week ago, he shared a heartfelt post about helping his son move into a new chapter in life. That's the soft talk; now, onto the insights 1. Prioritize Sustainability in Your Strategy Align your sustainability goals with your company's strategy. Integrate advancing technologies and prioritize sustainability. Be curious and explore what's happening out there and study aerodynamics, retrofitting alternative fuels, and more. 2. Adopt a Customer-Centric Approach to Sustainability Be realistic about your goals and understand what is economically viable. You need to communicate your sustainability activities with complete transparency to your stakeholders. You can't go all in, but be reasonable and have an understatement on what your customers are willing to pay for. Sustainability is our common responsibility.
