Here's a story that I absolutely love: There was a potter who separated his apprentices into 2 batches The 1st batch was tasked to make 1 PERFECT piece of pottery... whereas the 2nd batch was tasked to make 100 pieces of the same pottery. Which batch do you think created the best piece of pottery? The 1st? No The 2nd batch had so much repetition in making that 1 simple pot that it just started becoming second nature to them... hence they had the better pot. In summary, Volume + consistency gives RESULTS.

The £365m Co-op Live building is the UK’s largest entertainment arena, and aims to be the country’s most socially responsible venue. Lindner Prater Ltd was appointed as the roofing and façade contractor, who in turn appointed Euroclad for the supply of wall cladding. Euroclad spent four years working with the project teams to assess panel spans and façade connections in differing areas, and at varying heights to ensure minimal tolerance movement and maximum protection. It was vital that Euroclad’s products were used exactly as designed and tested to meet performance requirements, so Euroclad’s site services team made regular visits to site to oversee and advise during the installation. What resulted was a venue that will raise the benchmark for event venues across the world. The project created 3,350 local construction jobs during the build, and 1,000 more roles and apprenticeships on completion. How do you carve letters into stone? ⚒️ One of the stonemasonry tutors at our Heritage Building Skills Summer School, Matthias Garn, demonstrates the art of drawing and letter cutting into stone by hand. As part of our Heritage Building Skills Programme, our apprentices have learned about the importance of stonemasonry in restoring older buildings. We are so thankful for the opportunity to have Pulaski Schools high school students working with us through the Youth Apprenticeship Program. We appreciate their commitment to Wood Tech Industries and are certain they will make a positive impact on our society in whatever vocation they choose to pursue. Mason Murray: "I like working with my hands and am thinking about doing something in construction. I like working with the team members because a lot of the jobs we do here (at Wood Tech) are with someone else." Trevor Daniels: "I like learning about all the different machines and working in a shop with the people (at Wood Tech Industries)." Mason Christensen: "I want to go into some sort of career in woodworking and learning about all the different types of machines has really helped me." Mitchell Specht: "I've learned that quality really matters when constructing products. Glazing manufacturer and installer Aire-Valley Architectural (Aluminium) Ltd, based on Parkwood Street in Keighley has created a new job opportunity following a £6,540 grant from the #KeighleyTownsFund.
