Feel depressed or anxious around your period? 😔 🩸 We're offering a free program where women offer support when they're feeling OK, and receive it when they're feeling low. It works like this: 1: We meet once a week, talk about our issues and support each other in the moment. 2: We pair you up with someone whose period is out of sync with yours. They'll support you when you're feeling low, and you'll do the same for them. 3. Everyone will get one-to-one support where needed from a psychologist, who'll help you build the skills & support system you'll need to pull yourself up when you're down. If you're interested, please fill out this 1-minute form and I'll be in touch later this week! https://lnkd.in/dJz4f4xY

I wanted to share more about what I do as a Women Emerging facilitator. We provide a unique service combining counseling, coaching, and therapy to support women in midlife, both in Castlemaine and online for clients beyond central Victoria. Midlife brings various changes, such as menopause and shifts in relationships and careers. Some key areas of change for women include: - Reevaluating relationships with partners and friends post-child rearing. - Navigating the emotions of becoming an empty nester. - Adapting to career changes or transitions. - Embracing physical changes and the aging process. - Managing adult children returning home. - Addressing regrets, shame, and old survival strategies. - Reflecting on the second half of life and envisioning the future. If you're looking to navigate these changes and emerge empowered and peaceful, drop a "yes" in the comments to learn more about how Women Emerging can support you! X With love Fran

Our CSR partner I Am Wellbeing designed the session to help these mothers identify their challenging emotions through a body mapping activity. The session was not only insightful but also empowering, providing the mothers with valuable tools to navigate their emotional landscapes more effectively.
