📣 founders appreciation post 📣 The last weeks brought three board meetings at xista science ventures portfolio companies for me, and each one was well structured and thoroughly prepared. What stood out at all three meetings however was that the #founders included their #teams in the meetings and had them run excellent, enthousiastically presented #product #demos and discuss the status of their developments. So, big shout out to the founders and teams ReCatalyst, Sarcura and CellEctric Biosciences, well done! Founders, keep in mind your board members and investors might not be close to the daily work you do on your products, so while being honest and transparent, do show your #progress and #celebrate your achievements. Build your #team, #attitude and #culture early, it is paramount!
