This is especially true for hotels. My journey for booking a trip to Switzerland started about 2 years ago and I am still researching / haven’t yet booked. How do you top of mind? And how do you stay top of mind with past guests? A few ideas: - Retargeting X days after visiting your website or social channels. - Retargeting after X days of NOT visiting your social channels or website (up to 365 days) - Share stories, experiences, ideas, tips, FAQs, useful articles, etc. - Create audiences based on “dreaming” and “booking” behaviors on your website. Target each differently. -Customer list audience targeting -Email campaigns (segmented!) Remember to monitor frequency, CTR, engagement.
