Carbis Loadtec 16" stainless steel Floating Suction for Jet-A1. Installed in everyone's favourite holiday destination - Thailand - by our partners #Attatech and #Terkis.
The Floating Suction system actually forms a fairly significant part of our portfolio but is often overlooked because it isn't the most accessible or photogenic subject. Once built, they tend to get locked securely away for 5 years or more and never take on that new born sheen again. Which is a pity. Because everyone flying out of virtually every airport in the world should be unknowingly grateful for what a Floating Suction does. It helps keep Jet-A1 fuel clean and pure which is essential if you are using jet engines.
If you are building, refurbishing or planning a Jet-A1 tank, give us a call for your Floating Suction requirements. Thanks to Terkis for the great perspective.

Great photo of the Pyxis Ocean arriving in Spain (Marin) for its first discharge of 3 in Europe.
The 229m Kamsarmax owned by Mitsubishi Corporation Shipping and chartered by Cargill, is shown with her 2 WindWings by BAR Technologies folded to the deck within her beam for tugging operations.
Saving 1.5 tonnes of fuel per WindWings per day placing the technology right at the top of the WAPS market.
Thanks again to the European Commission for the partial funding for the first time wing.

Ports are the centre of global trade, and at Haven Dredging, we understand the importance of the role they play.
When using traditional dredging methods, ports often face challenges of lead times and resource constraints, but with Tiamat, these obstacles can be minimised. Tiamat is designed to be towed by smaller workboats, without the need for extensive modifications, significantly cutting operational costs, making Tiamat an economically viable and environmentally responsible choice for ports.
Our innovative dredging solution, Tiamat, represents a giant leap towards more sustainable port maintenance. Its adaptive and scalable technology ensures that it's readily available when needed.
Join us in embracing a future where dredging is not just a necessity but a smart, sustainable solution for nurturing and safeguarding our ports.

In this interview, Zeomedia's Leonardo Courtade and Corodex Industries Bassem Halabi highlight the facility's role beyond desalination—providing clean water for the Middle East's largest surf ranch pool and contributing significantly to the filtration process.
The desalination plant uses an advanced system starting with Dissolved Air Flotation (#DAF) to remove impurities, ensuring high-quality water for subsequent purification stages.
Simultaneously, we're collaborating with PureGy to innovate in water filtration, aiming for a more sustainable water industry. Keep an eye on Zeomex | zeomedia Middle East for updates.

We took the ETX by Vega Innovations to the roads and asked the tuk tuk experts for their honest opinion! And the feedback was overwhelming!
But let me address the Million Rupee Question! The Price!
Does it make sense to purchase one? Let me share my thoughts.
1. ETX can save Rs. 13-14 for every 1KM it runs compared to a petrol tuk tuk. This generates a saving of Rs. 42,000 per month (Rs. 14 X 120km X 25 days) and Rs. 500,000 per year. This saving is purely from the cost between electric charging vs petrol.
2. ETX requires no services or minimal maintenance compared to the petrol tuks. Thereby saving roughly Rs. 2500 – 3500 per month. That’s another Rs. 30,000 – 40,000 saving per year.
3. Sri Lanka has not imported tuk tuks since 2020 and the brand new tuk price back then was Rs. 900,000 – 1,000,000. Considering the rupee depreciation, we can safely say a newly imported petrol tuk tuk would cost roughly Rs. 1,800,000 – 2,000,000 (assuming the same duty structure won’t change).
4. A petrol tuk tuk emits roughly 4-5 tonnes of CO2 per year and requires 200-250 trees to neutralize the impact. ETX has 0 emissions and technically each ETX on the road will be equivalent to planting 200 plus trees!
Keep all that aside. We are a nation that started assembling cars in 1980s! We have the brains, the talents and the workmanship. So, what is holding us back?! Isn't it high time we start somewehre?

Monthly, around 𝟑.𝟓 million passengers use public transportation in Constanța - an impressive number, equivalent to the population of a metropolis like Madrid or Berlin.
🔵 This mobility is ensured by the fuels produced at the #Petromidia refinery, the largest unit of its kind in Romania and a major contributor in the region.
🔵 Over 𝟔𝟎% of Petromidia's fuel production is delivered in Romania, thus supporting mobility in key sectors such as agriculture and transportation at the national level.
CT Bus, a Rompetrol partner, is the transport operator serving the municipality of Constanța, efficiently managing over 20 transport lines throughout the city.
👉 The fuels resulting from complex technological processes reach the internal depots of CT Bus, providing the energy needed for the 𝟏𝟓𝟎 buses that, every day, ensure safe and efficient journeys for the residents of Constanța in all areas of interest throughout the city.
Together with our partners, we support mobility and contribute to the improvement of the local public transportation system.
