As we always do, we asked them how much time their current provider spends with them outside of break/fix and ticket resolution. The answer? 0 hours since 2015. Since 2015, this client has had no direction, no strategic input, and received no education from their current provider. They expressed that it had left them feeling isolated and totally dependent on external expertise, because they didn't have the resource to hire IT internally. For Mason Infotech Ltd, spending this time with our clients is non-negotiable. We make sure that all IT Support clients are educated around new technologies, understand which implementations might suit them best, and are aware of why the infrastructure we put in place helps them to reach their broader business goals.
