In April, I lead a group of 12 strangers on an adventure motorcyle excursion through some of the most remote regions of Nepal. Indecisiveness crushes your team’s confidence. • Build personal bonds with your teammates. Their voluntary support in difficult times shows it’s working. • In emergencies, your control diminishes. Contingency plans and diverse perspectives from teammates are crucial. • Pose a problem to the group, then watch them create a solution.
