G'day bonza legend! Was just wondering if there was anyway I could contact you or your company? Cancelled and changed our flights a day in advance and gave us no other option of getting back to our destination. $114 of our money is currently sitting in your pocket, and it would be great if we could get that back! Thanks in advance but I'm sure you won't be reading this just like you wont be reading our costumer service inquiry plus the 1000's of other customers!
Congratulations Bonza! Any chance of flying to/from and within WA? Much of that market is served only by full-service carriers so I think it would be very beneficial for you and the local communities there.
