Twenty of the top Frontline Leaders from all over Canada got together last week for the 34th Flynn University for Frontline Leaders Workshop. The FUFL program covers a broad range of topics including Flynn Vision and Mission, Flynn Culture, the Flynn Leadership Promise, Self Management, Teamwork, Building Trust, Communication, Coaching, Managing Conflict and Problem Solving.
