"I am convinced that current favorable dynamics and growth in the secondary market will prevail, and we are going to see more of the same, albeit higher, faster and more nuanced. Reaching the next frontier, $200 billion of transacted global secondary volume, is less a question of if, but when (particularly) the large secondary firms are able to raise their multi-billion Euro funds that are necessary for us as a market to, ultimately be able to digest and transact those higher volumes". We have been able to accomplish about $30M a year through the retail investor channel (friends and family) and haven’t even scratched the surface in the RIA and FO channels. What would this translate to in returns for our investors? --> $50M in our Medium-Term Income Fund at an average projected return of 12% a year distributes $6M annually to our Limited Partners --> $50M in our National Diversified Fund, if 17% LP IRR over a 5 year hold period is achieved, returns nearly $60M in profit to investors plus the original $50M investment $56M in potential wealth generation….
