🎯 Amazon masters the UX game and it’s all because they listen to their customers! 🎯 Hate it or love it, Amazon represents half of online transactions and has a massive impact on how e-commerce websites are designed. One of the reasons Amazon is an unstoppable selling machine is that they focus the entire experience around their customers and how they use the platform. The latest example I came across is this product sharing widget that pops up as soon as you screenshot a product. 📸 They just get it… why would anyone screenshot a product? To send it to someone and ask their opinion. In my case, I wanted my friend’s feedback on a set of mountain bike pedals. Amazon listened to their customers and streamlined that process. I love how they even included emoji shortcuts for the recipient to reply quickly.
