We recently secured planning permission for a change of use of a former care home ( #Hove) to 6 residential units. The property was within the #ConservationArea and as such required a sensitive approach to the alterations and extensions - thanks to Landivar Architects, we were able to overcome the Conservation Officer concerns with some very modest tweaks to the original submission and no loss to the proposed number of units, in line with the clients brief. The proposed layout also allowed the potential of the site to be optimised.
