Brand partnership • Client-focused Customer support Professional with great experience providing troubleshooting and support for customers and or clients
I believe a big dream can be valid only if you trust the process. Today marks 1 year 6 months and 2 weeks since my last contractual job ended. Sending applications at least 3 per day since then to date has not yielded any fruits leave alone getting to be shortlisted. Being a family man, this has been a very hard fact to accept that I 'might' not have qualified for some positions but does it mean not even a single one of over 500 applications sent over the time? Anyway, I accepted myself and here I am, a tea plucker earning 8 shillings per kilo that I pluck; 2 leaves and a bud - KTDA. Imagine plucking 15kgs per day which translates to 120 shillings with this economy - with 2 school going kids needing to eat well, dress well and school fees paid with this kind of a job. I sometimes fall into deep thoughts whether this is normal and sometimes accept that God will never bring what is not yours to your way. Education is key so that you know what to do and not but not so as to be employed. I am open to any opportunity in case any of my #connection here knows of a job opportunity. My academia and experience shows I can fit into any given role. A step to the future starts now. #jobhunt #customercare #frontofficejobs #clerical #officeadministration #administrativeassistant #driverjobs

* Just want to share to you some experience. In 2016 I went to interview as a waiter in small restaurant, recruiter was asking me " what was your experience before and how many years for that experience ? -Me: sorry, now I am a student and I just want to earn some money for support my study I never work for company before. after discussed recruiter said, " Thank you for coming, we will contact to you later." that mean I cannot passed. 2018 I got a chance for interview in compensation workers company, the recruiter was gave me same above question. my answer is no. then recruiter said, you cannot match my requirement thank you. After came back home, I was applied to laboratory for row material testing in shoe company, what that make me so surprise is that recruiter also used the question as before recruiters to me and talk to me " you never have experience with this job before, so I cannot give to you hight salary". I decided working there, because I want to get experience from that job. after joined 6 months I be came to teams leader because my working hard. In 2022 I got a chance interview for development team in shoes company I told recruiter about my experience in shoe company before, recruiter said, "very good", but you have no experience with development before. so I just give this job to you but cannot give you hight salary. I was agree because I want to know what development doing? After working for 3 months I be came to teams leader in development department, 1 year later I am a supervisor in this teams who monitor all of process after deputy.
