When I first joined Gong, I was blown away at the pace our product team innovates. Since 2015, we’ve been leading the charge of bringing AI to revenue organizations. Today, we published some recent findings, quantifying the true impact AI is having by optimizing, guiding, and informing the entire go to market team. As a CRO, I know the AI hype has reached the stratosphere…but are sales teams actually seeing value yet? Can they get meaningful, in the moment insights that guide them to be more effective? In short, yes! Our team analyzed over 1M deals closed in 2023 and found incredible boosts in win rates when revenue teams use: AI to Optimize: Sellers are realizing the significant time savings that Generative AI provides.
