"NOT WORKING is productive work" It even has a name: diffuse thinking. I particularly benefit from this activity – actual 'down' time where I leave my office and do nothing (ok, maybe I squeeze in a cat cuddle or two!) I think there's a conditioning that plays a big part in many minds: "I have to be doing 'something' to make progress." Yes, I agree and sometimes that something is...nothing! Would you agree? It was a great privilege to introduce Wellshop for Workbeings for 180 people at KMD DATA in Denmark and see their high engagement.
