Thank you to those who have recommended our cleaning services to their friends, family and employers. We value all of your support! We want this opportunity to clear something up about our pricing. According to some, we are too expensive compared to others and we should lower our prices to be more competitive. So, we would like to explain how we set our prices. Fair pay - We pay our team members above the national minimum wage. Staff bonus - Our staff receive a Christmas bonus as well as Ad hoc recognition rewards Professional standards - We use professional cleaning products, a better option for more effective cleaning results Investing in customer experience - ongoing staff training to develop our skills and implement the latest advisories and guidance. We employ systems and organisation tools for a smoother operation. Safety - We comply with and monitor current Health & safety guidelines, keeping our staff and clients safe. Respect for our clients - We assign the right timescales for each job. This means not cramming in more bookings or prioritising quantity over quality. Building trust - Our employees are vetted and DBS checked. We feel it's essential for our clients to feel confident about choosing us. Insured - We are fully insured for Domestic and Commercial environments - peace of mind for our clients. Uniforms - Our team is easily recognised - another measure towards building trust with our clients. Our pricing may not suit everyone's budget. If you are looking for a cheaper option, we respect your choice. But we also caution you to be aware of the possible risks. A lower-priced service may compromise on vital aspects such as training, staff compensation, insurance or reliability. Ensure you get the best value when you choose a cleaning service. #cleaningservice #cleaningcompany #fairpay #livingwageemployer #livingwage #rhondda #RCT
