This new video shares the 5 types of non-hungry eating I discovered through working with clients, and you can share the video with any of your clients who may be helped by realising what is driving them to eat when they aren't hungry. One of the biggest problems I notice when people talk about struggling with weight loss is their relationship with food. This might be a very hot take, but you shouldn’t have an emotional connection/relationship with food. You should view food as this: Fuel That’s it! Once you take emotions out of it, you’ll realize this easy truth: - Whatever is good for your body, you’ll eat more of, whatever is not good, you’ll eat less of. With a drop in inflation and national insurance rates, alongside a surge in consumer confidence, the eating out market is experiencing a boost for the first time in six months, according to recent data from Lumina Intelligence's Eating and Drinking Out Panel. In the four weeks leading up to March 17, 2024, visit frequency has gone up by 1.5% compared to the same period in 2023, while penetration has grown by 0.5%.
