This is the #1 action that separates those who have a successful weight loss journey vs those who don’t: 1) Being Proactive, not Reactive - If you know you are going to be on vacation for a couple of weeks, PLAN activities that involve movement. - If you know that you are going out to eat with friends, PLAN to select foods with the highest protein option. - If you know that the food at work/school is no good, PLAN to meal prep. One of the biggest problems I notice when people talk about struggling with weight loss is their relationship with food. This might be a very hot take, but you shouldn’t have an emotional connection/relationship with food. You should view food as this: Fuel That’s it! Once you take emotions out of it, you’ll realize this easy truth: - Whatever is good for your body, you’ll eat more of, whatever is not good, you’ll eat less of. Not saying it’s easy, but it’s simple, and will make your weight loss journey a lot smoother. #weightloss #John5 #Food

With a drop in inflation and national insurance rates, alongside a surge in consumer confidence, the eating out market is experiencing a boost for the first time in six months, according to recent data from Lumina Intelligence's Eating and Drinking Out Panel.
