I create and host a #culinary #podcast . As part of that, I enjoy #epicurean endeavors…so much so I’ve been making Coarse Grind Podcast branded hot sauces for the last several years. As part of this #journey, I recently began getting into #fermentation… At least the kind that didn’t involve grain and malt LOL. By doing so, I’ve learned a really cool lesson about, of all things, #temwork : In sauces past, I would load some of them with the hottest peppers I could find. And those sauces tasted just like the hottest peppers. But fermentation puts everything into one vessel and makes it all work together. The mild becomes medium, the hot becomes more soft. They all come together to form a beautiful, if a little funky, flavor. And shouldn’t that be what we all try to do together?
