“That’s Delicious” episode 25 is out now on all major #podcast platforms! Maria Hensinger is the Italian-American recipe creator behind Stillwood Kitchen (@stillwoodkitchen). Maria’s Italian heritage has long inspired her in the kitchen, but she had to pivot about a decade ago to a gluten-free lifestyle to support her health. However, she hasn’t allowed being gluten-free to take away from sharing her Italian favorites with not only her family, but with the world as well. In Diverse Content Formats, it's not about how much you know. It's about how much you do. An easy action plan: - Write a blog post - Record a podcast episode - Share a video summary - Forget complex strategies and theories. Keep it simple. Keep it actionable. See where that takes you. For example, imagine you wrote an article about healthy eating. You could turn that article into a podcast episode, discussing the main points with a nutrition expert. Then, film a quick video summarizing the tips and share it on social media. This way, from one piece of content, you've created three different formats, reaching a broader audience with minimal extra effort.

Last week's podcast was all about stress eating, a topic close to many given the times we live in. (Search aceCHATS on all major podcast platforms to catch up if you haven't listened yet!) What makes you an emotional eater? Actually, let's rephrase that. YOU ARE NOT AN EMOTIONAL EATER. YOU ARE A PERSON THAT EMOTIONALLY EATS AT TIMES. So, what makes you emotionally eat? Generally, this starts with some big feelings, which result in people using food for comfort. And we don't talk about just any food, but you're more likely to pick up something very sweet or very salty, and quite fat. These foods can make you feel better... for a very short while. Make sure to have your notifications on for more posts on the topic this week, including some tips and alternatives to use! Natalie MacLean's memoir, Wine Witch on Fire, is not just witty or gripping, it's intelligently written. She teaches us so many things about wine and the wine industry while expertly weaving the thread of witches into her work. Plus, she's incredibly vulnerable about the challenges of being in the wine industry and loving wine while also being mindful of the risks of addiction. The book is thought-provoking and fun to read. I find myself continuing to mull it over. If you're writing a memoir and want to learn how to weave a theme through your book, want to understand how to position your work so that it's part of a conversation, or you'd like to see some great bonuses that could help you market your book, listen to our episode on the Writing Your Resilience podcast. #WineIndustry #MemoirWriting To listen, click here: https://buff.ly/4bgh78W

One of the more engaging and eye opening discussion I have had recently on the topic of nutrition.
Have you seen the new Netflix series, You Are What You Eat? It's a pretty cool docuseries about how two different food lifestyles impact identical twins differently. One of those is a whole food plant based diet. This week on the Overcome and Become Podcast, James Keddington 💭 discusses this topic with Melanie Keller, a nurse turned nutritionist. 🎙️ NEW EPISODE - INSIDE PEOPLE PODCAST Would you have the courage to leave everything behind and start anew to follow who you really are? Teresa did it multiple times, and she shares her story on the podcast. In this episode I sit down to talk to Teresa, a pastry chef, farmer, and small business owner from Canada. Teresa is one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met and she was kind enough to share her story with us — from her childhood to London’s kitchens, and her journey to becoming a full-time farmer and business owner in Canada. 1. Our conversation touches on how to maintain a fair work-life balance and how to find the courage to take a step back when faced with unexpected situations. 2. Loneliness and heartache are part of everyone’s life. Teresa shares her experience and what has helped her push through such overwhelming emotions. 3. We also address the importance of finding your purpose through people and community, and how to successfully pursue it. The objective of the Inside People Podcast is to give people an opportunity to talk about their journey, their wins and struggles, and make us feel a little bit more connected in a world that doesn’t seem to have time to stop and understand others. If the content we are putting out there resonates with you, it’d be great if you could FOLLOW ✅ the podcast on Spotify, Apple Podcasts or whatever platform you normally use. Also, RATING ⭐️ the podcast on Spotify would really help us reach more people and build a community in which we feel inspired and a bit less lonely. Thank you so much for listening and supporting the Inside People Podcast, I really appreciate it, Matteo.

NEW COLLAB LIVE TODAY / Ah, the Huel Scented Candle - because why ingest your nutritionally complete meal when you can inhale it? This candle captures the essence of a diet that says, "I’m too busy optimizing my life to chew." Light it up and bask in the aroma of efficiency and high performance podcasts. Scent Notes: Top Note: A whiff of ambition, perfectly blending the scent of a hurried breakfast with a hint of morning email alerts. Middle Note: The heartwarming aroma of blended grains and subtle notes of existential dread, reminding you of all those meals you didn't have time to savor because you’re too busy smashing it on LinkedIn. Base Note: A robust base of synthetic satisfaction, lingering with the faint memory of what actual food smells like. Whether you’re a meal-replacement aficionado, one of those podcast people or just enjoy the scent of emptiness, this candle is a must-have for bringing that 'JUST TRY IT’ ambiance to your office to cover up the smell if Joop.
