Updated look for the European stores based on layout and square footage but if you go back to the early 90’s these stores seem to mimic a concept Foot Locker launched called World Foot Locker. In total there were 35-40 locations throughout the US in major cities; Atlanta, Dallas, Freehold, Miami, Chicago, etc. Great idea back then but got squashed by a CEO who had no specialty sporting goods retail experience. Maybe this time around they’ll get it right.
Amazing expression and incredibly proud of all the hard work from the teams!
Thank you to the entire cross functional global team and especially to the EMEA Store and VM team for the amazing work. A true example of a global collaboration and a view into the future of Foot Locker and sneaker culture.
Toutes nos félicitations to the entire team on yet another critical milestone for the brand.
It’s really amazing experience !!! thank you Foot Locker🙌🏽 you will all be very welcome in Paris to discover our new baby 🔥🔥🔥
Congratulations Tomas Petersson, Ken Side, and the EMEA team for a successful opening of our Paris store of the future!
Mary Dillon looks like an average JD Sports Store. Is this really the future? I liked the retro look from the 80ies stores, shaped like a locker room with steel lockers and wooden benches. I think that made FTL very unique… well, maybe retro is dead unless you sell Jordan 1, Adidas Special and Nike Dunk like crazy.
I LOVE new store concepts! Bravo for investing in your future👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Nice! And the stock was there right on time
