Good video about how the sale is really the culmination of a lot of planning. It's like the building of a new house. Much more went into than just building the house....the interior design, the architecture, the engineering, the civic planning that went into the neighbourhood, the bylaws that place restrictions on new developments, etc...We see the final result but so much more went into it to make it happen.
