All EYES on the Supreme Court Over NEET-UG 2024 Controversy The Supreme Court commenced hearings on a critical #petition calling for the cancellation of the NEET-UG 2024 examination due to #allegations of a paper leak. The petitioners, led by Shivangi Mishra, argued that the integrity of the #exam had been compromised, necessitating urgent #judicial intervention. The bench of Justices Vikram Nath and Ahsanuddin Amanullah acknowledged the #gravity of the situation, stating, "The sanctity of the exams has been affected, and we need answers." This significant case, titled "Shivangi Mishra and others vs. National Testing Agency and others Diary No. 25656/2024," was filed on June 1, even before the declaration of results. Following the announcement of results, #additional petitions have surfaced, challenging the National Testing Agency's (NTA) decision to #award grace marks to certain candidates. These subsequent petitions have intensified the #NEET2024 exam result #controversy, casting doubt on the fairness of the evaluation process. I predict that 90% of Councils this year will be in serious debt and have to cancel or curtail services. I also predict that we will also see the sort of scenario in the Care Sector with CQC as happened with the Education Sector and OFSTED - The approach taken by the former is bordering on the approach taken by the latter.

Termination of Services: On 3rd of July, I received a call not a notification stating the termination of services without prior notice or valid justification. This abrupt decision has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my educational plans. 2. Unethical Practices: During my association with your company, I have encountered numerous instances of unethical behavior, including but not limited to: Misleading information about the services provided. Lack of transparency in the admission process. Failure to adhere to promised timelines and commitments. 3. Fraudulent Activities: I have also come across evidence suggesting fraudulent activities, including: Incorrect or falsified documentation. Unexplained financial charges. False promises regarding guaranteed admissions and placements. These practices are not only unethical but also illegal and have severely impacted my trust in your organization. I have suffered considerable emotional distress, financial loss, and a setback in my academic progress due to these actions. I request a thorough investigation into these matters and a formal response addressing my concerns. Additionally, I expect the following remedies: A detailed explanation and justification for the termination of services. Immediate rectification of any financial discrepancies and a full refund for any unjustified charges. Assurance of corrective measures to prevent such occurrences in the future. Should I not receive a satisfactory response within [reasonable timeframe, e.g., 14 days] from the date of this letter, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to higher authorities, including relevant regulatory bodies and consumer protection agencies. I may also consider seeking legal recourse to address the damages incurred. I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. Please acknowledge receipt of this letter and provide a prompt resolution to the issues raised. Thank you for your immediate attention to this critical matter.

"Striving towards simplicity can displace responsibility for complexity onto the shoulders of claimants." One key rationale behind the design of #UniversalCredit is administrative simplicity. But that apparent simplicity ends up concealing the variability of people’s different lives and circumstances, shifting the burden of navigating that variability onto claimants.
