In the almost 14 years we have been in business, we have never lost a client and saw it as a failure. In fact, 95% of the time I have initiated it. We have literally encouraged the "graduation". When the remaining 5% have done it, I've been disappointed but have completely understood where we fell short (and own it!) Each quarter we analyze our clients using similar principles #EOS puts out for their #PeopleAnalyzer. We've created an "elevated" #ClientAnalyzer. If a client ends up in the bottom quartile, our Senior HR Business Partners have 3 months to either get them in a better position by providing feedback along with a plan, or we work on that graduation In the end, it's our value of #partnership that typically drives these decisions. If you see HR as administrative, we're out. If you don't think you need to put in the work in making decisions on a timely basis, we're out. If you repeatedly ignore our recommendations but keep landing with the same issues, we're out. Well sort of. I needed more than that as it always felt somewhat emotional. Reflecting on my nearly 6 years at Recruitment Juice, I've witnessed a significant transformation. We've moved beyond the era where recruiters solely pursued placements and financial gains. True consultants now recognise the power of continuous learning, proving it to be a winning strategy.
