📢 Dear Companies and HR Professionals, Let’s address a recurring issue with so-called entry-level job postings. Many of these positions offer salaries of 20,000-30,000 PKR only 💵 but demand extensive skills and prior experience 📚💼. How is that fair? does it sound realistic? If you’re offering an entry-level role, it should reflect focused on growth 🌱 and learning 📖, not requiring expertise that takes years to build ⏳. Expecting high-level skills for such a salary simply isn’t realistic. If the role genuinely requires advanced experience, then the compensation should match—70,000-100,000 PKR 💰 or more. Otherwise, please stop labeling it as entry-level. Candidates deserve fairness ⚖️ and respect 🤝.
