Happy National Love Your Skin Day! 💚 If you want to establish a basic skincare routine that is simplified and practical for every day use, follow these 5 steps: 🟢 Cleanse your skin regularly — use a gentle cleanser to wash your face and body. 🟢 Liberally apply moisturizer to your body post-shower and use a gentle moisturizer for your face. 🟢 Never leave the house without sunscreen on! 🟢 Prioritize eating fresh fruit and vegetables, especially citrus fruits and dark greens. 🟢 Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate — drink, at least, 8 glasses of water a day.
