Split shipping in checkout is now active on all Shopify Merchant plans. This was announced as part of Summer Editions 24. Here's a breakdown of why split shipping in checkout is so useful: For customers: Increased transparency: Customers can see exactly when to expect each package, so they know when to expect their items to arrive. More control: Customers can choose to accelerate one or more packages if they need them sooner, giving them more flexibility and control over their purchases. Improved shopping experience: The overall shopping experience is better when customers have more information and control. For businesses: Increased sales: By offering split shipping, businesses can make it easier for customers to purchase multiple items at once, which could lead to increased sales. Improved customer satisfaction: Customers are more likely to be satisfied with their purchase when they have a positive shopping experience, and split shipping can help to improve customer satisfaction. Simplified shipping process: Split shipping can help to simplify the shipping process for businesses, as they only need to create one shipping label for each package. Overall, split shipping in checkout is a win-win for both customers and businesses. It provides customers with more transparency and control, while also helping businesses to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction Just head to Settings > Shipping and Delivery to set up.
