Chief Executive Officer at Forsta

Two and a half years ago I spoke to Liam Kay about our ambitions as a tech innovator in the MR & Experience space following Press Ganey’s acquisition of Forsta. How things have changed since we last met…!   In our latest chat, we discussed big industry changes and developments at Forsta, synthetic data, genAI and how customers are tackling siloed CX data on Forsta’s Retail HX platform.   You can read the full highlights from our conversation here: https://lnkd.in/etXeE5-j #mrx #GenAI #RetailCX

I consider myself an intelligent person, and only half read that because it was you Kyle Ferguson .. honestly this is as much money making collequeism from an older generation...what are you Gen Y? As much as the moronic turn of phrases and disintegration of language that the millenniums and so called influencers are doing....AI will desicrate human interaction and doesn't even take into account the beautiful generations before us. Adore you Kyle, but agree to disagree....but keep the money flowing when society is breaking down

“What synthetic data is designed to do is to try to take some of the burdens and heavy lifting away. I don’t believe, and certainly not the near term, that synthetic data will replace sampling for our clients. I think it will be an additive for our customers. The robots are coming, but they are not here yet.” 💡 🔥
