Branded residential is a cornerstone of our ambitious growth plans at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. In Florida, we’ve introduced several opportunities to call Four Seasons “home” in Miami, Surfside, Fort Lauderdale, and Orlando. In collaboration with Fort Partners and CMC Group, we are building on this strong presence, marking another first in a destination that our guests and residents have loved for over 30 years. We recently introduced our first standalone residential development – not connected to a hotel or resort – in Coconut Grove, one of Miami’s most historic neighborhoods. The waterfront property will feature 70 homes overlooking Biscayne Bay, and on the inside, a team of Four Seasons employees will provide the service and personalized experiences that are renowned from our hotels and resorts around the world. I am a resident and industry specialist in a City with the World's highest number of branded residences yet there's branded projects I would never advise my clients to invest in. The reason is simple: developers paying for and stamping a brand name on a project when that brand/Company has no direct involvement in each step of the project or prior experience in residential (if any real estate development at all) just feels unethical and a rip off to investors -- particularly because branded projects attract a higher perceived value hence costing more. Projects that carry a brand name, prior experience and direct involvement like the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts residences are what make investment sense and here's why: they understand that they'd have a lot to lose if a sub-standard project carried their name and hence are directly involved in every inch of the project development process. Why? Because their name (history, experience & industry relevance) is on the line. These are the types of branded residences I advise my (and any) investors to buy into. Do these luxury 70 homes need to be used the smart TV mirror, like ours?: The time to play the advertisement can be set, and the screen will be broken after the broadcast, but if people walk in, it will senses it, and it plays ads again. When ppl take a shower, can enjoy the movies they love. 😜
The four seasons was named so after...and it was a "cool millions" start from.... I am the owner of the Ritz-Carltons. Donald Trump, the real Donald Trump who worked at Berkshire Hathaway in the 1970's and 1980's was the manager of the Four Seasons for me. He went through.... maybe a story that wasn't told to you.
