Are you a dreamer or a doer at work? I think we can be both in different scenarios but I think we can lean towards one more than the other. In organisation design, having both types of people coming together is needed - to help generate new ideas and execute them! When we talk about #diversity of thought this I believe, is a good example by Beth Viner.
